About:How to Buy Tickets

Can I carry a standard bag which is used by international travel? Is there an additional charge?

And if I have to cancel the ticket what is the process?

You can take your luggage with you into the carriage directly. If you want to cancel a ticket, you can do it at the station or you need to contact the website you used for the booking for that.
