What is the best way to get from PVN to get to Hangzhou and what buses to take to the stations

Do you mean PVG, Pudong airport? There is shuttle bus from the airport to Hangzhou Huanglong Tourist Center. Then you can take taxi to reach the railway Station. Or you can take subway line 2 or airport shuttle bus to Hongqiao Railway Station directly from Pudong airport and then go to Hangzhou by Rail so that you will reach the railway station directly.
