Yes, you can take the direct bus from Shangri-la Coach Station to Dali. As I know, the bus schedule are from 07:00 to 12:30 with the frequency of around 30 mins. The ticket fare is CNY 76 to CNY 99. Generally speaking, it takes around 5 hours on the way.Hope helpful!
