I’m international student want to visit my relatives in hongkong so what I’m I suppose to do?

You can apply for HK visit visa for that. First, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan as well as other requirements, and then submit the application to China embassy to apply for it.
