The bus takes about 3.5h, and the train takes 3.5-4.5h. As I know, there are nine buses from ZZ Central Bus Station and nine trains from ZZ Railway Station to Heze. BTW,the bus is available from 5:50 to 19:30 and the train is from 00:18 to 21:32.
