Shanghai Flight - Accom - Cruise

I am an Australian passport holder flying from Sydney to Shanghai. I will spend 2 nights in a hotel in Shanghai and then I will board a cruise ship in the port of Shanghai to commence my cruise back to Australia. The first stop will be Busan, South Korea. Am I eligible for the Transit Without Visa?
