Taxi from Terracotta Army to Hanyanling

Are there taxis available at the Terracotta Army site? We would want to travel on to Hanyanling Mausoleum. (Tomb of Jingdi)

There are taxis at the outside of Terracotta Army Museum but you are advised to take the licensed taxi who go by the meter. For your reference, the taxi fare is about CNY150 per cab.
