Invitation Letter for Tourist issued by a relevant unit

Im Libyan i Live in Malaysia , I applied for tourist visa. The embassy asked me to provide Invitation Letter for Tourist issued by a relevant unit. Please how do I apply for this letter?

Hi, you are advised to find an agency to help you get that. Or maybe you can book a tour from a travel agency, and then the travel agency may be able to get the invitation for you.
