About:Yungang Grottoes

Can one do a day trip by car from Beijing to Yungang Grottoes?

Also between Shanhaiguan and this - which is a better option ?

No, it’s not doable. As I know, to the grottoes, it takes at least 5h from Beijing by car and 19h from Shanghai. So 2 days is needed for the trip!
