About:Visa Policy of China

No married couple with child

Hi, my partner is going to work to China for two years. Can I go with him even we are not married? We have child together. Thank you for answer.

Hi, I'm afraid you cannot apply for Chinese S type for that as you don't have marriage certificate. But it's possible for your child to apply for it by using the birth certificate.

Thank you. I just little misunderstood, so because we are both on my son's birthcerticate it is possible to get the cinese S type?

Hi, I don't think you can apply for a S type based on your child's S type. Maybe you can find an agency to help you solve this kind of problem. Good luck.
