is there any way an x-visa holder can visit macau without being refused re-entry to china?

I am a poker player living in China on a single entry X-type. I am South African with dual citizenship and therefore have both a German Passport and a South African passport - but applied for the X-type using my South African. I want to be able to visit Macau for one day to play poker and return to my apartment in China. IS there any way to do this without getting stuck in Macau?

As you current have a single entry X-type, so your visa will be invalid after you leave the China, and you cannot re-entry to China with this single entry X-type. You need to apply for a new visa to enter China from Macau then.
