How to re-connect with Snake man?

Hi, I am born on Aug.19th 1992 and my partner is on July 10th 1989. We were great together, passionate, talkative,... etc until something went wrong and I feel soooo unconnected. He is so "separated" from me. What can I do to reconnect with him?
