How to manage International Transit / Connecting Flight in Beijing International Airport?

I will arrive in PEK from Jakarta with China Air and I have to transit for three and a half hours in the airport and having connecting flight from PEK with the same airline (China Air) to Los Angeles USA. Request information how I should manage it?
Which terminal that I will landed? Is my connecting flight in the same terminal? Do I need to manage my transit baggage by my self or airline will manage it for me? Many thanks
