About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Thank you-If I return to Shanghai within the 144h time and fly out from Shanghai is it OK

You can try the bullet train but leaving Shanghai, Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province is prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a 5-year ban from using visa-free transit, plus a possible fine.
