About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

i am somalian student and i need student visa

i get admission letter from zhejiang normal university how can i get student X from chinese embassy in djibouti
those days people are saying that somalia passport is difficult to get visa from chinese embassy in
djibouti
is it right.
