24 hour transit visa, Thanx

Hi can norwegian resident Apple for 24 hour transitt visa at the airport in Beijing, and does it allow to exit kapital airport to visit Beijing city og the way from Norway to Vietnam?

If you have Norge passport, you could apply for Beijing 24 hr direct transit, and you can leave the airport to explore the city.
