About:Tianjin Area & Zip Code

Arriving at Beijing Capital Airport T2 at 17:30 Hrs, leaving from T3 at 20.30 hrs.

Is the 3 hrs time is sufficient?

Well, generally speaking, 3 hours are enough for you to transfer the flight. But you are still advised to finish these transfer procedures as soon as possible. :)
