Easiest and Cheapest way to Ocean Park from Hai Phong Mansion, Hong Kong? Thank you!

MTR is the cheapest way and it costs 12HKD or so. You can take Tsuen Wan Line from TST to Admiralty and then transfer to South Island Line. Get off at Ocean Park.
