Is there a bus from Xiamen airport that goes to the terminal (for foreigners) to Gu Lang Yu Island?

Yes, you can take the shuttle bus – ferry terminal line to the terminal. It takes about 30mins and 10RMB. The bus is available from 8:00 till the final flight arrival.
