About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit visa. Would a transit visa apply?

I will travel BKK to PVG via ICN stay 3 days then onto ICN.

You´re not in transit as you fly ICN - PVG - ICN.

You have to apply for a tourist visa.
