how do i get into honyadong from the street level?

Question

I am being dropped off at Hongyadong by a hired driver. I know I want to visit level 11 and 3 and 4But how?What do I do when I first am getting dropped off?Am I taking stairs/elevator up or down from the Jialingjiang Binjiang Road?Are there signs in English to help?

You can take the elevator up or down. If being dropped off by the binjiang Road, you should go up. I don’t remember there are English signs, but there are digits showing floor numbers. Or you can ask help from other visitors.
