Can I get the timetable for the long distance bus from Shanghai to Tangkou?

How long is the ride? I plan to catch the first bus if possible arriving in Tangkou, drop luggage at a hotel in Tangkou and go to Yuping cableway in the afternoon. Will I have enough time to catch the cable car as it close at 430pm as im not sure what the waiting time will be? I will go in middle May on a weekday. Thank you.
