Hi-Transit visa

How many hours can I stay in China(airport) without a transit visa. I wish to know so as to decide which flight to pay for. I'm a Cameroonian if this helps

You could enjoy 24 hr direct transit in some Chinese cities, so you could stay in China(airport) without a transit visa for 24 hr at most.
