Three Day Metro Pass in Xian

Is there a three day metro pass which can also be used on the buses and which is available for students - I am organising a school trip and our students will be aged 12-15 and will have official ID to proved date of birth and status as students. Thanks for your help

Sorry to tell you the Three Day Pass can only be used on subway. If you will take both subway and buses, local Public Transportation Card is suggested. It can be easily bought at the Customer Service Center of each subway station, but the return seems only available at the Transportation Card Service Centers for the balance and refundable CNY18.

Anyway, most bus lines cost CNY1 or CNY2. Prepare loose change in advance and it is very easy to insert it into the money box onboard.
