But don’t want put him in the camp to stay 5 or 15 days or more he just want to pay to leave china. please how to do ?Thanks

He is advised to report his situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000 and accept other penalty. It's hard to say if he would be put in the camp.
