About:Qingdao Transportation

How would I travel from Days Inn Frontier Qingdao Airport to Zhan Bridge or a night market

Hotel is at 217 Chongqing North Road

And how much would it be? Hours of operation?

You can take Bus 305 to Zhongshanlu Hunanlu and then walk south for several minutes to the bridge. It takes about 1h 20mins and CNY 3; or you can take a taxi there, which takes about 40mins and CNY 90 or so.
