Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason

Hi, i was ordered a toy quad-copter on 13.02.18, and i will arrived kolkata custom on 2.03.18, and after 3 days it will show Retention Reason : Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner,the after some day it will change and show Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason and still it shows this message no update and yesterday it will update same message (Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason). so what it mean can you please tell me. when i get my parcel
