Actually, nearly all the city will be well decorated during the festival, they are all beautiful. Among those I think Disneyland is the most beautiful, you may have a look!

As for hotels, you are suggested to live near TST Station, where you can find many hotels in reasonable price like Heyi Hotel, California Hotel and USA Hotel. Also, many local snacks and dishes can be found in this busy area! Hope it help and have a nice trip!
