About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Where do I get a 24-Hour TWOV when arriving into china by train ?

This says I can get a 24-Hour TWOV when arriving by Train, so if travelling from Hong Kong to Guangzhou East Railway Stn by train when and where do I apply for this?

If you qualify for the TWOV in Guangzhou, upon arrival, you should follow the direction signs to find the immigration office within the train station, and then you can apply for the TWOV.
