Getting from xian north train station to gran melia hotel

I’m trying to decide if the Gran Melissa is too far away from everything.. how much would a taxi be from the north train to the hotel??
There will be 4 adults with luggage.

It is about 24km and the taxi fare can be about CNY70. Do ask the driver to charge by meter.
