About:China Private Visit Visa

inviting my mother

Hello, we want to invite my mother. is it okay that my husband will be the one who invite my mother? We want her to stay for 6 months which type of S she should apply?

It's okay that your husband will be the one who invite your mother. You mother can try to apply for a 6 months S2 type for that.

thank you for replying, is it possible my mother can apply S1 Type? Because we are planning to get her a Temporary Residence Permit. Also, for Temporary Residence Permit ,do I have to pay more aside the processing fee?

She can try to apply for an S1 type. You are advised to contact the exit and entry administration of your local PSB to inquire if you need to pay more aside the processing fee for applying the residence permit.
