Some travel agencies say this shuttle does not exist, but yet I see your website even gives a schedule of those shuttles to and from the airport.  Please reconfirm that these shuttle buses exist and if so, which exact location can you buy the shuttle tickets when you arrive at the airport.  Thank you.

Hi, Chris! The bus does exit! I’ve just taken it last month and there are also buses back to the airport! Oh, the schedule is exactly what this page lists. After leaving from the terminal, you will see the ticket counter and the buses are near it!

Sorry Lucy, I forgot to ask you whether the shuttle takes you directly to Stone Forest? or do you need to connect in Shilin? Is it an express bus? Thanks.

Yes, it is an express bus and has two stops - Stone Forest and Shilin County, so you can ask the driver to drop you off at the scenic area, which is the destination of most passengers I guess. It takes 1.5h and CNY50 per person.
