Can you use the same entrance ticket to enter Yellow Mountain on the eastern side & western side?

Yes, you can, but you need to inform the staff that you would like to enter the scenic area from the other side again when buying ticket. They will provide you a document, whit which you can enter the mountain from the other side again.
