im flying from singapore to guangzhou with China Southern,have a layover of 2 hours then continue my try with Ethiopian to Addis ababa. question is can i transit without visa? cause i heard for budget airlines i will need one cuz they'll ask me.to clear customs first.Is China Southern a Big or Budget airline?
