About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hours Visa

Hi, I need to be in Xiamen for three days, next week and no have time to apply other entry permit, after Xiamen I'll come back to Italy and I don't have any other Country VISA and no seat assigned on flight back because when i'll arrive the check in will be still closed. Can I apply the 72 hours free transit or not?

If you are talking about Italy-Xiamen-Italy, you are not qualified for visa-free transit because this isn't transit.

you will either need to cancel your trip or take aside trip by air to Hong Kong and back
