Career, Child’s education prospects and Love

I am a rat born in 1972, and I am having a tough time in my job. Is it a passing phase and things shall get better soon or should I start to look for a different job? There is a lot of stress and pressure for the past many months now.
My daughter is a Dragon born in 2000. This is a very important year for her education. Does she have bright prospects?
I am in a relationship with a rooster born in 1968. We have had our share of serious ups and downs. It is more stable now. Should I hope for long-term companionship with this person?
Please help me. I have posted a question before also but perhaps it was unaddressed. Thank you.

Thank you so much. Would my new job be in US as I may need to consider that or is it better to look for jobs in my current country of location?

I made a mistake. The rooster is born in 1969 and not 1968. Does that change anything? Thank you again.
