It’ll be a little cold and the temperature is around 15C, so you may take your thin sweater, jacket and warm pants. As for sightseeing, you can go to the Bund, Yuyuan Garden, Nanjing Rd, Oriental Pearl Tower, and Zhujiajiao Ancient Town.
