Career and job prospects for 2018

I am a earth horse born on 02/01/79 at 5:05am. Yesterday I was given a 4 week notice in my current job due to the company downsizing and I am devastated at this. I have been praised for my work time and time again and was helping the incompetent managers for over a year who have all kept their jobs (they are bullies).
I feel let down, disappointed and truly sad over being treated like this and want to know will things get any better as my job was a reason to get up and go but now knowing I have less than a month left I am falling apart.
