Traveling to Xi’an and stay next to Bell Tower. Need to buy cheap wheelchair for mom. Where ?

Sorry but there is no such a shop nearby. If you can go further, I know a Kai’er Medical Care Supplies Store in 262D Cuihua Rd, Yanta Dis. You can take a taxi to the store within 10mins.
