About:Shanghai - Suzhou High Speed Train

23 Hour layover @ Pudong

We are arriving at 7pm and leaving next day @ 6:40pm. We would like to travel to Suzhoe spend a night there and take a tour of the city in the morning then come back to Pudong airport for the flight leaving at 6:40pm. What would be best connection from Pudong to Suzhou and back? Thanks

The most direct way should be the long distance bus from Pudong airport to Suzhou which may take around 3 or 4 hours on the way. Or you may take subway, airport shuttle bus or taxi to Shanghai Railway Station or Hongqiao Station first and then go to Suzhou by rail. The total duration should not be a very big difference I suppose. These 2 options can be used for your trip back to Pudong airport as well.
