Hangzhou airport to Longxiangqiao

Hi,

What would be the best and cheapest way to get from the international airport, xiaoshan, to the Longxiangqiao subway area?

Take Shuttle Bus Pinghailu Line to the last stop and walk west for 10mins to the station.
