You must refer to the International Cruise Home Port, right? Well, it is almost 80km from the street. By public transportation, you can take bus no. 513 to Civiv Square, where you can get on subway line 9 to Tianjin Railway Station. Then switch to line 2 to Dongnanjiao. Leave from exit D and walk to the Ancient Cultural Street in no more than 10min.
