taxi to white horse templeback

Question

Hellowe are taking high speed train from xian and reaching Luoyang Longmen station at 9am on March 24. going to longmen grottos seems easy with taxi (20-30 CNY). we want to visit white horse temple also. is it easy to get taxi from longmen grottos to white horse temple? can we keep the taxi waiting?can we easily get a taxi back from white horse temple to Luoyang Longmen station to catch our train back? we are considering the 19.17 train back.Scared we might get stuck!Thanks

It is not hard to hail a taxi at the grottoes. Don't worry! And the cost to White Horse Temple can be CNY60-80. The taxi drivers calls for a flat rate instead of charging by meter. However, it seems that taxi is not easy to find near the White Horse Temple, so you can ask the driver to wait, then take you to the Longmen Railway Station. The total fare for the two journeys can be CNY150 or around.
