taxi to white horse temple and back

Hello

we are taking high speed train from xian and reaching Luoyang Longmen station at 9am on March 24. going to longmen grottos seems easy with taxi (20-30 CNY).
we want to visit white horse temple also. is it easy to get taxi from longmen grottos to white horse temple?
can we keep the taxi waiting?
can we easily get a taxi back from white horse temple to Luoyang Longmen station to catch our train back? we are considering the 19.17 train back.
Scared we might get stuck!
