about work, changepromotion

Question

hi my birthday is 1st March 1981. im very unhappy with my job and have been trying to find a new job. however, i am also trying to be optimistic as there may be an opportunity for a promotion or payrise in the near future. in that case i am considering it may be worth staying as the business could change. what should i do? wait it out or leave asap? thanks in advance

It is prediction that 2018 will be a nice year for you to change a job. You shouldn't give up. Don't be afraid to make some changes. You have enough abilities and welcomed personalities to get developments on your career.
