i have lived in china for >5 years (>9m ea year). how can i apply for green card in shanghai?

To apply for a Chinese green card, you should provide your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, health certificate, marriage certificate, as well as an invitation letter and your spouse'd ID card.
