Xian airport to Bell Tower

Hi,
I'm arriving at 11pm.
1) How to get to Bell Tower via Bus or Train?
2) Till what time will the bus or train operates?

You can take shuttle bus Xishaomen Line and get off at the terminal station. It takes an hour and CNY25. In addition, the bus runs till the arrival of the last flight. After that, you can take a taxi to the Bell Tower with no more than CNY15.
