Daniela, both the 2-year work experience and bachelor degree are needed when you apply for the work permit which is a necessary document for work Z type. Thus, I cannot give you a definite answer. Just give it a try.

It depends on the level of the school, kindergarten and elementary schools will often accept TEFL certificates and overlook the two year minimum experience requirement. Whereas, junior high schools and high schools look for the higher level of qualification and experience. There are numerous organizations based throughout China that offer a Chinese accredited TEFL course and once you have paid a fee they can almost guarantee you employment. You then gain your two years experience while working in China.
