Visa-free transit possible ? Transit in Beijing allowed to Xian and back to Beijing ?

I am travelling by flight from Copenhagen to Beijing. My transit time is 48 hours and then travelling by train to Xian for 48 hours stay.
Returning by train or flight to Beijing and transit time 48 hours.
Travelling by flight to Stockholm.
In total 144 hours stay in China mainland including Beijing and Xian. Would that be allowed? if not what do I need to do?
I am Swedish Citizen.

If you want to use the 144 hr free transit in Beijing, you are not allowed to go to Xian. You need to apply for a visa beforehand for that.

If you arrive in Beijing you are limited to stay in the Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei areas during the 144 hour transit without visa. No travel outside of that area is permitted. You can be banned from returning to china for several years if caught (Hotels/trains check for visa)
