About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello good day. Do I Qualify for Visa free 144?

I have one question regarding the 144 hour visa-free transit, I would like to know how to proceed to get this visa-free transit option.
I booked the following trips:

Flight 1
Sunday 29 April 2018
Frankfurt Airport 20:15 pm -Peking,International Capital 11:25 am +1 Day
Flight 2
Friday 04 Mai 2018
Peking International Capital 9:25 am- Tokyo International Narita 13:55 pm
Flight 3
Tokyo Airport International Haneda 8:30 am - Peking Airport International Capital 11:20 am
Flight 4
Peking Airport International Capital 14:00 pm - Frankfurt International Airport 18:15 pm
Could I used this new politic about the 144 transit hours without visa?
I´m Mexican and I have all my flights and hotels completly booked.

That's fine for visa-free transit if your passport is valid for more than 3 months at the time of entry.
