Yes, of course there are ATMs in the city! You can find lots of the machines along Changzheng Avenue!
As for the weather, the temperature is low, from 0 to 15C, and there may be some rainy days! So you are suggested to take your sweaters, warm coat and pants! Enjoy your trip!0
